Lavinia graduated in Building Engineering. In 2012 she joined 3TI PROGETTI within the team dedicated to the management of Pedemontana Lombarda Motorway project.
In 2013 the Board decided to implement the management control department and Lavinia was in charge of managing the related activities. She gained huge experience in understanding production systems, financial aspects, and their relations, closely working with the board.
Since 2018 she is Director of Operations and Senior Partner, providing a transversal contribution to the company, trying to maximize productivity and efficiency through extensive process analysis and collaboration among all departments.
