Projects for Lots C and D Maglia 167 in Bisceglie

3TI Progetti in JV with Luca Peralta completed the final design, the detailed design and the health and safety management projects for Lots C and D Maglia 167 in Bisceglie.
The area is meant to host equipment for non-competitive outdoor sports activities, an athletic sports facility, which main purpose is to build a space with a leisure/recreational and physical well-being purpose to serve mainly the residents of the neighborhood where outdoor sports activities can be carried out, whose use is guaranteed to users throughout the year and facilitated by a covered service facility.
The funding is part of the Secondary Urbanization Works envisaged by the P.E.P. Maglia 167 of P.R.G. in Bisceglie (BAT) in Apulia, financed with PNRR funds – Mission 5 – Component 2 – Investment/Sub-Investment 2.1 “Urban Regeneration”.
