Cotral SpA projects

3TI Progetti, as leader of the JV with Studio Speri, is working on the design and the construction supervision of Cotral SpA projects in various locations in the Lazio region.
We are supporting its new vision and long-term improvement and development plan for its plant, last stops, power station rehabilitation and new depots, providing construction management; health and safety management; preliminary, final and detailed design; and building permits.

This project is part of the Framework Agreement launched by Cotral for professional assignments of engineering and architecture services.

Currently we are working on:

– new plant in Monterotondo;

– terminal at Tivoli;

– depot at Minturno;

– new terminal at Rieti;

– new terminal at Segni-Colleferro;

– new plant at Castel Madama;

– rehabilitation of the power station at Castel Gandolfo;

– terminal at Viterbo.
