3TI PROGETTI, as Safety Coordinator during the design stage, has been responsible for the drafting of the “cinema village” and motion picture theatres safety and coordination plan. The job consisted in the supply and installation, according to design specifications, of the exhibition and furnishing structures functional to the Festival activities (furnishing elements, panels, graphic elements etc.); of the design, supply and “turnkey” mounting of two temporary tensile structures to be used as motion picture theatres for the 2009, 2010 and 2011 “Rome international film festival” editions. The areas on which the motion picture theatres have been mounted are located: the first by the Via Norvegia parking on a 3.000 square meter paved surface, the second inside the gallop of Villa Glori on a 2.500 square meter area with bare soft bottom between Viale De Coubertin, Via Argentina and Via Gran Bretagna with entrance from this latter next to the Garden Service access. In particular it has been carried out an assessment of the risks derived from and transmitted to the surrounding environment, the noise impact, the evaluation of the risk and prevention and safety measures. The works of preparation of the village consist in the:
building of the modular elevated structure for the metal base footboard;
installation of wooden footboards;
assembly of the stand prefabricated structures;
board posting;
electrical system;
air conditioning system;
audio-visual system. The works of preparation of the motion picture theatres foresee the assembling of:
1. tensile structure made up of aluminium frames with above pvc covering sheet;
2. prefabricated footboards made of wood or steel for ground levelling;
3. carpet or similar covering;
4. metal structures for scaffoldings, screen positioning, projection room floor plate and for the application of external scenography sheets;
5. acoustic insulation panels;
6. metal platform for scaffoldings;
7. folding seats firmly anchored to the floor;
8. doors with panic exit bar for emergency exists;
