Public Residential Housing in Rome

Progress is underway on the demolition and reconstruction project in Via Gasparri, Rome!
Our team is overseeing the works supervision of the detailed design for our client, ATER Roma, the Territorial Agency for Public Residential Housing of the Roma Capitale.
This project will deliver 12 new social housing units, placing people at the centre of the design and construction process. It is part of the “Contratto di Quartiere II Primavalle – Torrevecchia,” a broader “Innovative Programme for Urban Areas” focused on creating inclusive, vibrant communities.
Sustainability is a core pillar of the project: from energy-efficient building solutions to the use of sustainable materials, every step contributes to reducing environmental impact and promoting a better quality of life for residents.
