Romanian new assignment of the D&B Bucharest Metro Line 6 Lot 1.2

3TI Progetti is glad to consolidate its presence in metro sector with the Romanian new assignment of the D&B Bucharest Metro Line 6 Lot 1.2  as nominated lead designer, in team with TPF, of the Construction JV made by the Turkish company Gülermak Heavy Industries Construction & Contracting Co. Inc and the Romanian SOMET S.A.

The construction JV has signed last week the contract for the design and execution of section II of the metro from Tokyo (Mall Băneasa) to Henri Coandă International Airport for a total value of around 260 mln euro.

According to Metrorex’s General Director Mariana Miclăuș, the line will be inaugurated in 2027.
