Enhancing Healthcare Accessibility in Fano

We are pleased to announce the opening of the new parking facility at Santa Croce Hospital in Fano, providing approximately 190 parking spaces for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals, marking a significant step forward for the local community. The inauguration was attended by Stefano Luca Possati, Founding Partner and Senior Technical Director of 3TI.

3TI developed in collaboration with @sperispa the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project and work supervision for the new parking facility and the adjacent Emergency Hospital Building, and is still providing construction supervision for the Emergency Building.

The facility will integrate vital services such as the emergency department, intensive short-term observation, and dedicated medical imaging, alongside specialized units for emergency medicine, intensive care, sub-intensive care, and a coronary care unit.

By enhancing accessibility and supporting the evolution of emergency infrastructure, 3TI contributes to more efficient healthcare systems and better conditions for patients, medical staff, and local communities. Investing in healthcare infrastructure is essential to improve the daily experience of those who rely on these vital services.
