A further step for people, rights and equity

We are proud to announce that we signed the Manifesto “Imprese per le Persone e la Società” of UN Global Compact Network Italia.

By signing the Manifesto, we join the over 200 #companies that have already signed, committed at the highest levels of the #social dimension of #sustainability.

For 3TI Progetti, this important step further reaffirms our commitment to embedding the social dimension of sustainability into the way we operate, with a focus on people, rights, equity and communities, and to creating value that goes beyond projects.

Through the Manifesto, we commit ourselves to:
✔️ensure appropriate working #standards for employees and require them to #suppliers
✔️reduce social and #gender#inequalities in the #community
✔️support actions for the #wellbeing of people
✔️invest in #training and #awareness-raising activities, inside and outside the workplace
