3TI Progetti’s role in the urban regeneration of Marigliano
3TI Progetti, as the leader of the JV with SPERI and Alcotec SpA, has completed the design development and is currently involved in the works supervision and health & safety management of a new Linear Cycle Park in Marigliano (NA).
The project focuses on the regeneration of the former Circumvesuviana railway line, transforming a long-abandoned site into a modern hub for sustainable mobility.
The initiative will feature pedestrian paths, cycling lanes, and equipped green areas. As part of the PNRR (M5C2) framework, the project aims to promote social inclusion and urban regeneration through eco-sustainable refurbishment and reduced soil consumption.
Sustainability is at the heart of the initiative: the design complies with the DNSH principle and adopts eco-friendly materials (CAM), supporting the transition toward a smarter and greener city. Construction works are being carried out by Consorzio Integra and Infracoop.
