Project for Cotral | Municipality of Castel Gandolfo

The project for the Rehabilitation of the Castelli Romani historic @buscotral tramway building was presented in Castel Gandolfo’s Municipality.

This initiative is the result of the collaboration between Cotral Spa, the Comune Di Castel Gandolfo, the Architecture Sapienza university and the Joint Venture led by 3TI Progetti together with @sperispa

3TI Progetti attended to the final design presentation to the Regional Council for Transport and Mobility, Fabrizio Ghera, the CEO of Cotral S.p.A. Amalia Colaceci and the dean of the Architecture Sapienza university Orazio Carpenzano, who were welcomed by the Castel Gandolfo’s Mayor Alberto De Angelis.

We are proud to have contributed to this project, which will see Castel Gandolfo’s historic Castelli Romani tram station transformed into a vibrant multifunctional centre. This project not only breathes new life into a valuable historical site, but also underlines our collective commitment to enhancing the region’s heritage and vitality. This project highlights the remarkable results that can be achieved through the collaboration between public and private sectors.
