P.I.S.U. Technological innovation center

The project involves the construction of the new technological innovation hub in Novara and the urban redevelopment of via Bovio in the quarter of Sant’Agabio.

The complex will have a volume of 25,000 m3, with 24,700 allocated to research buildings and will affect an area of 20,000 sqm.

Specifically, the project includes:
– establishment of a full-scale incubator and service center for business and individuals, hosting the Research Centre for Autoimmune Diseases in the City of Novara;
– Renovation of the market area;
– Redevelopment of Via Bovio;
– Square, urban park and green areas;
– Parking lots.
